In order to make various techniques of Lucid Dream incubation successful, we need to be able to remember to do things that we have planned to do. Psychologists call this ‘prospective memory’ development. We all use prospective memory every day to remind us to do necessary and ordinary things, such as picking up the laundry, paying bills, meeting appointments, and brushing our teeth. Prospective memory becomes more difficult when the planned action is new to us, and we are not stimulated to remember it by frequent, salient cues. Unfortunately, we cannot use written memos to help us remember to do things in our dreams. That makes it quite challenging to remember to carry out our intention to recognize when we are dreaming.
One way around this difficulty is to make a habit of questioning our state of awareness. By following me on twitter you can test whether this is a dream by getting an automatic state test sent to you every day. Through this exercise, you will begin to have lucid dreams automatically. Lucid Dreaming Reality State Testing is the process of asking yourself the question Is this a dream? Then you do a State Test by looking at the words on the screen.
Next you look away for a quick second then you look back at the words. If they stay the same you are awake, but if the words on the screen change to something different then you are dreaming! The key to having lucid dreams with this exercise is to take a State Test (look away then look back) at the exact moment you see the questionIS THIS A DREAM? on your twitter incoming shout from me.
All you need to do is follow me on twitter and I will randomly send out a Lucid Dreaming tip with the question IS THIS A DREAM? At the exact moment you receive the message you must remember to practice the State Test exercise. If you can remember to do the exercise (look away then look back) every time I send out the message, eventually you will begin to dream you are receiving the IS THIS A DREAM message. By taking the State Test in your dreams, you can become lucid and know you are dreaming.

There are actually seven more days of light than there are days of dark, creating a spiral of life moving in the direction of spiritual light, and signifying a system that is present to us here and now on the material plane. This system is actually working toward spiritual progress in a divine spiritual deity. If the system of life is creating a spiral of more light, it is ascending to spiritual life as a whole. If this system is composed of what makes life on this plane of existence, the light and dark, how can we not have faith that all beings within this existence aren’t working toward the same light of spiritual deity?
This brings us to spiritual power and its application, which creates all life on earth. The application of spiritual power is the pull, or combination of negative and positive forces, that are brought together to create a third element, which is life. Therefore, spiritual power is not only the ability to perceive love, light and happiness in all that we do for all beings of existence, but also the ability to do what I might call raising above. Raising above is creating the spiral that is present within the earth, moving toward spiritual deity and using it in everyday life. Raising above takes the experiences of ife that are composed of the dross (discord or negative experiences) and raising above them into the light by pulling out the gem of the dross, or negativity. The dross and/or negative experiences is the dark, and raising above is seeing the system of light that it is to create the gem, to create the spiral affect toward the common good of all, resulting in spiritual power. A discordant experience is the dark. Recognizing that discordant experience is needed to create positive or harmonious experience is raising above, is being the light, is finding the gem of the experience that signifies the spiral of life moving toward spiritual deity.
This scenario illustrates the balance of negative and positive forces creating a third element that creates life in a spiritual manner. As I men-tioned before, by using meditation and lucid dreaming, we can obtain the ability to perceive spirituality. This is an important key to conscious manifestation. The first technique that I like to use is raising your vibratory rate by will. It should be practiced on a regular basis and used for applying antidotes in discordant situations.
Exercise : Instantly Altering Your Vibratory Rate
When playing your Didgeridoo, imagine that you are in the inner world. Fully relax, using one ofthe techniques described earlier. Visualize your room again, just as in “Exercise Four.” Do this for about ten minutes so that you can clear all the things going through your mind from the day’s activities. When you feel that you are relaxed, that your mind is clear, and that the image of where you are is well formed, you are ready to start the exercise.
Take a few moments to realize what you are feeling right now. Determine whether you feel happy, sad, elated, lethargic, etc. Slowly try feeling, a completely different feeling, something higher and more positive. Don’t think about this; just use your imagination to change your feelings.
You might move your attention downward to your heart, for that is known in mysticism to be a major center of feelings. In Asia they call this the “heart chakra.” In the western tradition it is an important energy center also. Feel what you want to feel, blending all sensations of your being into one. What usually works for me is to think of a pleasant event and how happy I felt at that time. Using memory, I then re-experience that feeling, just as though it were happening now.
When you are experiencing that new and better feeling, you should be able to perceive that you have moved to a new level of the inner world. This is because you changed how you feel. If you feel worse than when you started, you have probably gone to a lower level. On the other hand, if you feel better, you have most likely gone to a higher level. I think it is better to go to a higher level, since going lower can be unpleasant.
If you did this exercise correctly, you should have changed your vibratory rate up or down, raising or lowering the level of your consciousness at will. Mastering this skill for the control of your feelings is one of the most important things you can do in both waking and inner life. Your feelings determine the quality of your experience, no matter where you are. This exercise should enable you to see and experience different levels of the inner world.”
By having the ability to lucid dream, we are able to go to planes of existence made of pure spirituality. These realms are incredibly beautiful; they usually consist of an environment of colors that are of the most wonderful radiating light, usually of the upper colors that exist on the material plane. The beings that we may contact there are of the most spiritual and loving of all, and the feeling that exists within these places are of all harmony. If we are to get high enough by raising our vibratory rate to a place of spiritual existence where all that is felt is harmony for all things, we are able to reach places that cannot be explained in material words except for love and harmony for all.
